Losget Press operates the Delivery & Ride Quick Offer mobile application.

This Privacy Policy describes how the Android version of Delivery & Ride Quick Offer accesses, processes, collects, uses, and shares information.

At a glance

Delivery & Ride Quick Offer does not require a Losget account, name, email address, username, or password.

Your Offer Rules, App settings, and private Location Reject / Warning / Rating records are primarily stored on your device.

Gig-platform offer notifications are analyzed on your device. We do not maintain a cloud history of your gig offers.

Limited information may leave your device only when needed for particular functions, including:

· Crash and app-quality diagnostic data processed through Firebase

· Subscription and entitlement information processed through Google Play

· Limited Referral Program information if you use the Referral Program

· Address or location text used for a network-backed geocoding lookup

We do not sell personal information, show third-party advertising, or use Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics.

Information stored on your device

The App locally stores information needed for its operation, including:

· Offer Rules for supported gig platforms

· Platform Setup preferences and permission status

· Location Reject, Location Warning, and Location Rating records

· Approximate coordinates, radius, reason, notes, ratings, and time conditions associated with those location records

· Display-language settings

· Voice and audio preferences

· Free-tier usage-window status

· Subscription-entitlement status last confirmed through Google Play

· Other App settings

The App itself does not upload these settings, Offer Rules, or private location-note records to Losget Press servers.

Depending on your Android backup settings, Android or your device/account provider may separately preserve application data through its device-backup system. That backup is not a Losget Press cloud-sync service.

Gig-platform notifications

The App requires Android Notification Access for its core offer-monitoring function.

Android grants Notification Access at the system level. Delivery & Ride Quick Offer is designed to process notifications from supported gig-work apps and ignore unrelated notifications.

Supported gig-work apps include:

· Uber / Uber Eats

· DoorDash

· Instacart Shopper

· Walmart Spark

Depending on what the gig platform includes in a notification, the App may process information such as offer amount, distance, estimated duration, pickup or drop-off area, shopping item count, passenger rating, stop count, and similar offer information.

This offer analysis occurs on your device.

We do not upload raw gig-platform notification content to Losget Press servers, and we do not maintain a cloud history of your offers.

Private location notes and geocoding

You may create private Location Reject, Location Warning, or Location Rating records for places relevant to your work.

Those records are stored locally on your device. They are not added to a shared driver database and are not uploaded to our Referral Program backend.

When the App needs to convert an address or location description into approximate coordinates, a network-backed geocoding service may receive the address or location text necessary for the lookup.

That text may come from information you entered or from location information contained in a supported gig offer.

Losget Press does not use these geocoding requests to create a cloud location history.

The current Android version does not request precise GPS-location permission for this function.

Crash and diagnostic information

Delivery & Ride Quick Offer uses Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to identify crashes, application errors, and stability problems.

Crashlytics may process technical information such as:

· Crash stack traces

· Error information

· Relevant application state

· Device manufacturer and model

· Android version

· App version

· Crash time

· Crashlytics installation UUID

· Firebase installation ID and related technical identifiers

These are technical installation-level identifiers. They are not a Losget account, name, or email address.

Crashlytics information is used to diagnose and improve application stability, not for advertising.

App-quality session information

Firebase Crashlytics uses Firebase Sessions and related Firebase components to calculate app-quality and crash-free metrics.

When this collection is enabled, Firebase may process information including:

· App package and version

· Firebase SDK version

· Android OS information

· Network connection type

· Device manufacturer and model

· Firebase installation ID

· Session identifiers

· The time an App session begins or the App is brought to the foreground

We do not use Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics to track your behavior across the App.

Subscriptions and Google Play

Subscriptions are purchased and processed through Google Play.

Google processes your payment method and Google Play account information.

Losget Press does not receive your full credit-card or debit-card number.

The App receives the information necessary to determine whether your subscription entitlement is active, expired, cancelled, refunded, revoked, or otherwise eligible for paid features.

Subscription-entitlement information may also be used when necessary to administer Referral Program benefits.

Information maintained by Google Play is handled under Google's own privacy practices.

Referral Program

The App does not require a Losget login or traditional user account.

If you choose to use the Referral Program, however, a limited backend service hosted using Firebase / Google Cloud is used to maintain referral credits across installations and subscription periods.

The Referral Program may process:

· A referral code or referral-record identifier

· Referral relationships

· Whether a referred subscription meets program eligibility requirements

· The number and status of unused referral credits

· Subscription-entitlement or offer-status information necessary to validate or apply referral benefits

· Technical request information automatically processed by the hosting infrastructure, such as IP address and service-request metadata

The Referral Program does not require your name, email address, username, or password.

The Referral Program backend is not used to store your Offer Rules, raw gig-platform notifications, private location notes, location ratings, or general App settings.

How information is used

Information processed by Delivery & Ride Quick Offer is used to:

· Analyze incoming gig offers

· Apply your personal Offer Rules

· Apply your private location preferences

· Display or speak offer alerts

· Maintain Free or paid-subscription entitlement

· Process and restore Google Play purchases

· Administer the optional Referral Program

· Perform geocoding when required

· Diagnose crashes and application-stability problems

· Protect backend services against abuse or unauthorized manipulation

We do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app behavioral profiling.

Third-party service providers

Google and Firebase

Google / Firebase provides services used for crash reporting, app-quality sessions, installation identifiers, Referral Program backend functions, database infrastructure, and related technical services.

Google Play

Google Play processes subscription transactions and supplies the App with information needed to determine purchase and entitlement status.

Geocoding provider

If a network-backed geocoding lookup is required, the service providing that lookup may process the address or location text needed to return approximate coordinates.

We do not sell or rent your data to these providers. They are used to provide specific App functions.

Firebase crash and diagnostic reporting, Google Play subscription functions, Referral Program communication, and network-backed geocoding when required

Network-state access

Determining whether a network connection is available for network-dependent functions

Google Play Billing

Purchasing, restoring, and verifying subscription entitlement through Google Play

The current Android implementation does not require your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, call logs, phone numbers, or precise GPS location for its core offer-monitoring functions.

Audio and Call Privacy

The App may inspect Android audio-output information so that voice announcements can be handled appropriately when headphones or other personal audio devices are being used.

The Call Privacy feature may use general Android audio-mode information to determine that a call or communication session is in progress.

The App does not record calls, access call audio, read call logs, or read phone numbers for this feature.

What we do not do

· Sell personal information

· Rent personal information

· Use personal information for third-party targeted advertising

· Show third-party advertisements

· Use Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics

· Require a Losget account containing your name, email address, or password

· Upload your private Offer Rules to our Referral Program backend

· Upload your private location-note database to our Referral Program backend

· Create a shared driver blacklist or shared driver location-rating database

· Send your private location notes or ratings to supported gig platforms

Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device

Local App data remains on your device until you delete it through an available App control, clear the App's local storage, or uninstall the App.

Your operating-system or device backup service may separately retain backup data according to your device settings.

Referral Program data

Referral records are retained while reasonably necessary to maintain Referral Program eligibility and unused referral credits, prevent duplicate or improper credits, and operate the program.

Unused referral credits are designed to survive subscription cancellation and later resubscription. For that reason, the associated referral record may remain after a subscription is cancelled.

To request deletion of a Referral Program record, contact contact@losget.com and identify the relevant referral record or referral code.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that the request relates to the appropriate record.

Deleting the referral record permanently deletes any unused referral credits associated with that record. Deleted credits cannot be restored.

Firebase diagnostic information

Crash and diagnostic data are retained by Firebase according to Google's published retention practices for the applicable Firebase service.

Google Play purchase information

Google retains and manages payment and transaction information according to Google's own policies. Losget Press cannot delete records maintained solely by Google.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited information handled by the App.

Local App information is stored in Android application storage.

Communications with Firebase, Google Play, and other HTTPS-based services use encrypted network connections provided by those services.

Access to the Referral Program backend is restricted to the functions and administrative access necessary to operate the program.

No electronic-storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You can manage or revoke Notification Access, Overlay access, notifications, and other Android system permissions or special access through Android settings.

Disabling a capability required for a particular feature may cause that feature to stop working.

Participation in the Referral Program is optional.

You may delete locally stored App information through available App controls, by clearing App storage, or by uninstalling the App.

You may contact Losget Press regarding information controlled by us.

Children's privacy

Delivery & Ride Quick Offer is intended for adults performing gig delivery, shopping, or rideshare work.

The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the App.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers, or applicable requirements change.

The date at the top of this page will be updated whenever this Privacy Policy is revised.

Where appropriate or legally required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
